Being a human being can be hard. Being a son or a daughter, a mum or a dad, a partner, a sibling, a friend. Whatever we have in our life can bring great complexity. Throwing a demanding job into the mix will only increase the potential for difficulty. Add in a global pandemic and it gets more difficult still.
Famn is home to an experienced collection of coaches, psychologists and facilitators. We provoke change by helping individuals understand their habitual patterns, mostly developed in childhood. Through this self-awareness, we can learn to disrupt the patterns that no longer serve us well.
Contrary to the perscriptions of most self-help gurus, setting goals to change how we are, may actively keep us stuck.
At Famn, we are wary of trite clichés and meaningless mantras, and instead invite our clients to honestly explore their flaws as well as their strengths. Through group coaching, seminars and other wellness sessions, we help develop this awareness to enable choice around our habitual patterns.
We offer a range of workshops, focused on a small number of carefully chosen issues, highly pertinent to executives leading busy lives in a testing modern world.
The sessions are limited to 8 participants, in order to create an intimate, immersive and individual learning experience. The sessions will be highly interactive and we endeavour to provide a high calibre of care; this is not a training course but more akin to group coaching.
We also offer a full group coaching programme which is a great source of individual and collective learning. It is supportive and challenging in equal measure and provides a great opportunity for developing self-awareness and hence making more informed choices about how we build relationships and engage with our world.
Let's chat and we'll explore whether we're the right people to help you. If we think we're not, we will try to point you in the right direction!
