Being a human being can be hard. Add in a global pandemic and things can get really tough. At this time it is really helpful for people to be able to spot their own responses and the responses of people they’re engaging with.
Our Autonomic Nervous System determines our stress response (fight or flight) and affects many of our core processes (digestion, sleep, immune system, etc). Understanding and developing our ability to manage this system is crucial to our health, our wellbeing and our behaviours which respond in complex but predictable ways. Throughout this time we will help our clients to become more aware of this.
