- WHO WE ARE -
Being a human being can be hard. Being a son or a daughter, a mum or a dad, a partner, a sibling, a friend. Whatever we have in our life can bring great complexity. Throwing a demanding job into the mix will only increase the potential for difficulty. Add in a global pandemic and it gets more difficult still.
Famn is home to an experienced collection of coaches, psychologists and facilitators. We provoke change by helping individuals understand their habitual patterns, mostly developed in childhood. Through this self-awareness, we can learn to disrupt the patterns that no longer serve us well. Contrary to the prescriptions of most self-help gurus, setting goals to change how we are, may actively keep us stuck. At Famn, we are wary of trite clichés and meaningless mantras, and instead invite our clients to honestly explore their flaws as well as their strengths.Through group coaching, seminars and other wellness sessions, we help develop this awareness to enable choice around our habitual patterns. |
I have learnt through working with Roger to accept who I am . This alone has opened new and broader horizons in my work-life journey and on a personal level.
It is a choice to go through life with eyes either wide open or tight shut. The wonderful thing about having greater self-awareness is that it puts you in control of the narrative and that leads to all sorts of possibilities.
She who dares wins!

GROUP COACHING
|
|
Our programme of Group Coaching and Workshops has been curated to develop understanding around the habitual patterns that drive us, in the world in general and at work in particular.
COVID - 19 UPDATE!
In light of COVID-19 our coaching sessions and workshops will be facilitated on Zoom for the foreseeable future.
Being a human being can be hard. Add in a global pandemic and things can get really tough. At this time it is really helpful for people to be able to spot their own responses and the responses of people they’re engaging with. Our stress response affects our health, our wellbeing and our behaviours in complex but predictable ways. Throughout this time we will help our clients to become more aware of this and to stay connected.
