Famn is home to an experienced collective of coaches, psychologists and facilitators, working to create a safe space from which to evoke awareness, explore choices and invite experimentation.
WHO WE ARE
Famn is home to an experienced collection of coaches, psychologists and facilitators. We provoke organisational change by helping individuals develop their self-awareness and their resilience through 1:2:1 coaching, our Group Coaching Programme and other workshops. Our clients are invited to honestly explore their habitual patterns; their flaws as well as their brilliance. Enabled by this self-awareness, they learn to disrupt the patterns that don’t serve them well.
Famn is a Swedish word that translates as the ‘space between our arms when we are embracing’. The equivalent word in Danish has the additional meaning of ‘a harbour’ and we hope Famn is both a safe place where people can find some sanctuary from their intensely busy, demanding and challenging lives but also a place where the hard work can be done to ready ourselves for the, sometimes, stormy seas beyond the harbour wall.
A shared dream of working together as a Father/Daughter partnership, allied to a belief that high quality coaching is a cornerstone of inclusion and diversity, led to the birth of Famn.
I have learnt through working with Roger to accept who I am . This alone has opened new and broader horizons in my work-life journey and on a personal level.
It is a choice to go through life with eyes either wide open or tight shut. The wonderful thing about having greater self-awareness is that it puts you in control of the narrative and that leads to all sorts of possibilities.
She who dares wins!
